Returns policy

Note: Returns will ONLY be accepted for products which are deemed Out-Of-Box Failure (OBF). An OBF is only applicable if the product is defective within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, with an applicable invoice or POP
  • The product should be in the original packaging, and the packaging should not be damaged or soiled in any way.
  • The packaging should contain the original contents. This includes the chargers, cables, handset, manual and other associated accessories.
  • The IMEI number on the device and box should correlate.

We will be in contact with you regarding arrangement of collection of devices should the need arise.

Thereafter the device will be assessed, and if applicable, a new device will be issued or the device will be repaired. This process is subject to the following terms:

  • The device is within the warranty period
  • There is a fault and the device needs to be replaced/returned
  • The product is not damaged and it is returned with all of the original contents and in the original, undamaged packaging.

If after the assessment, the product is deemed not to have a fault, the customer will be required to bare the costs of the transport required to collect and reship the device.

Change of mind:

Please note, we will not be able to exchange or returns products for customers who have changed their minds regarding the product they have purchased. Please ensure that you are committed to your decision regarding the device you are purchasing.

Warranty

All devices contain a manufacturer-imposed warranty period and differs from device to device. All smartphones and tablets have a 24 month warranty period, with the exception of iPhones. The warranty period covered by iPhone devices is 12 months. Please refer to the device user guide for more information.
